Resonance breathing is an audio guided and biofeedback-based form of
resonant frequency training combined with bilateral (brain) stimulation.
This exercise trains to a physiological state that underlies sustainable peak
performance, flow state and engagement, and ability to let go, relax and recover, even under pressure. This can lead to better management of stress and extreme emotions
Doing this exercise for 15 minutes per day may improve quality and duration of sleep.
